Before you complete the form-please read

• Content on e-blasts needs to be short and should drive members to the web site.  Include a link to the area of the site "for the rest of the story," or for "More Member News." 
• As members provide information about successes and challenges, fellowship committee obtains member approval to have PR include public accolades on our web site or inclusion in e-blast, as appropriate. 
• Information and news in WE e-blasts must be about WE business, WE events or WE member news.  For example, if a member is speaking at an event or significantly involved in that event, that qualifies.  But an invitation to an event sponsored by an organization that a WE member is also a member of is not e-blast news (this could, however, go on the WE Web Site Calendar-Members Events of Interest Calendar).
• Content that is discouraged would include fund raising or revenue generating efforts, business marketing or solicitation, announcements of events costing a high entry fee, etc.
• Guideline for posting WE recognition to public side of the WE Web Site:  Information must have appeared in public news outlets, radio, television or print media. 
• The E-blast and fellowship committees have the authority to edit all contributions for appropriateness, brevity and clarity.
