The board has clarified the criteria for determining eligibility for "retirement dues" and revised them as follows:
 
* At least 60 years old 
* At least 15 years in the workforce
* At least 5 years as a regular member of WE 
* Someone who is not doing paid work in any capacity, nor intends to engage in paid work in the future.

All of the above criteria must be met to be eligible for "retirement dues."
